Good news came for the fans of Windows Phone 7. Microsoft by Eric Hautala, General Manager of Customer Experience Engineering, has announced it will begin rolling out updates of Windows Phone 7.5 Mango in one or two weeks. These updates will start rolling in several stages over a few selected devices.

If the Mango update has been ready for a device, a message will appear on the Windows Phone. In addition the owner can check whether the Mango updates are available through the Where's my phone update?

In addition to the Mango updates, owners will also get the new firmware from the vendor's device fabricators. This firmware has been adjusted so that the Windows Phone smartphone and applications will be compatible with all features available in Mango. Therefore, Microsoft does not recommend users to update illegally can lead to the smartphone users can not function properly and optimally to use the Mango.

These updates are not sent to the OTA so that the user must download and install themselves. Therefore, Microsoft provides the new versionof the Windows Phone 7 Connector for the Mac in addition to the Zune to the PC. Both have been amended to update runs faster and allows better control in terms of backups.
