Samsung Nexus S can update for ICS, Non-Official
Although it has been confirmed by Gabe Cohen, but no exact date of Ice Cream Sandwich update official release to the Nexus S. Of course, as we know, the Nexus S is the second Google smartphone which initially contains the Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Do not be surprised if the Nexus S will get updates to Ice Cream Sandwich earlier than other smartphones.
But if you can not wait to look forward, XDA Developers Forum have the answer seems we like. Seen that they've managed to work on an early version of Android 4.0 for the Samsung Nexus S, which is still not yet launched the official version.
