With almost the 70% of the votes, the Galaxy Note 7 was raised as the Fail of the 2016. By second year consecutive, Samsung thought that would be good idea forward is to the launch of the iPhone 7 and unveiled a device that seemed perfect. Then a design flaw caused the batteries to explode randomly and the rest is history.
Galaxy Note 7 was withdrawn from production and the reputation of the series has been damaged in such a way that it is likely to disappear. This also generated an economic impact on Samsung, who lost millions of dollars by the removal of defective phones and Exchange by other devices in its catalogue.
Now the company is focused on the launch of the S8 Galaxy, which is said will be offered in a version phablet with S-Pen to attract users of the Note. It won’t be but up to Mobile World Congress 2017 (or weeks later) that we see the next high-end Samsung.
In the second vote was removal of the headphones port on iPhone 7, something that probably become fashion next year.
