Google Pixel users see strange bug in catches sent from an iPhone

We forget that strange event, when he discovered the Android robot urinating on the logo of Apple on Google Maps. Again, another rare event involves products Google and Apple, even if it’s a bug in the catches sent from an iPhone to a Pixel phone.

Users of the Pixel and Pixel XL reported in the forums of Google that the catches of screen sent from an iPhone 7 Plus, specifically, is come strangely distorted, in accordance with Android Police. These catches received through the application of standard SMS/MMS or Hangouts have this visual bug.

More strange that seems, the screenshots are distorted only if they were taken in an application for iOS (Apple and third party) and not in the main screen of the iPhone 7 Plus. However, this does not happen if catches are sent from a Pixel or Pixel XL to the iPhone in question.

The problem would be related with the processing of images in Android 7.1 Nougat, by which not would be exclusive of those teams Pixel. In fact, one of the users said that this problem also occurs in your Nexus 6 with an AOSP ROM for that release.

Google is aware of this problem, although he did not know if published an update to mitigate this strange bug.
