Google wants to help you locate your lost iPhone

Losing your phone can be one of the most unpleasant experiences, especially for those who do not have encryption. Google seeks to make life easier for their users and announced an update to the “My account” service to locate your lost phone.

Now from my account, you can access a new option called “Find my phone” in which different options such as blocking call, ensure the account, leave an emergency number fixed on screen and of course, desloguearse of all the Google services are offered.


This option is available for all users of Android and interestingly for iOS, although not in its entirety. Those who have an Apple phone will be redirected to site of iCloud in which the phone can be located.

Google is not able to take control of your iPhone, even though the option to close session in all Google accounts so as to call in question.
