Hours that Samsung revealed its best financial results in the past two years, is the news that Huawei is accusing them of plagiarism, already started the legal process to apply for a multi-million-dollar compensation, by using technology patented by the company, but used without authorisation in the newest models Galaxy family, in theory.
According to a report of the local daily Sina News (via Reuters), Huawei people would be asking the equivalent of USD $12 million as compensation for the use of their patents without authorization of the company. This would not be the first time that both firms have a shock like that, but the circumstance of this case is striking.
For obvious legal reasons, has not been revealed publicly what is stolen technology, but says that the legal team of Huawei would have acquired a S7 Galaxy, a Galaxy S7 Edge and a Galaxy J5, for relevant laboratory tests, making sure that the three terminals would apply some exclusive technical features of Huawei.

As expected Samsung hasn’t said anything about it, and it seems that everything will have to go through the lengthy legal process of the trial and review before revealing to greater detail what exactly was the alleged plagiarism.
