A few days have arisen the rumour of a new operating system manufactured by Huawei, the CEO of the company – Richard Yu – clarified some things in the social network Weibo.
According to Gizmochina, the Supreme Head of the company said that Android has promoted the development of smartphones and that Huawei will continue to support it as long as Google maintains it as an open operating system.
Yu did not deny rumors that work on the rumored OS Kirin, but we can read between the lines that they have a contingency plan, as it was previously rumored.
The initial rumor published by The Information details that Huawei would have hired the services of multiple Nokia engineers. The new staff would work hand with Abigail “Aby” Brody, former creative Apple and iOS 1, responsible for Director who was hired at the end of 2015.
