Samsung and LG would be working on screens with four curved edges

According to reports from Android Authority (via ETNEWS), these two South Korean giants would be working on panels with four curved edges.

According to the source cited on the site, both brands would be testing prototypes truly “borderless”, although they would have, by now, serious problems in the process of lamination, so recently in 2018 could see an ad.

The problem which is that when a screen is curved at the four edges, the remnants remain unusable to use touch refers.

This last point would be the why of Apple using a screen OLED nothing curved Terminal designed to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the device.

If Samsung or LG, in this sort of “curves race” to achieve a functional model, the screen to the front level would be “of a 98% or more”.

Perhaps the next Galaxy S9 is this way, or perhaps later LG G7.
