After a long series of rumors, finally Samsung in conjunction with the AT & T telecommunications company has presented formally to the new Galaxy S7 Active. The device keeps the high-end specifications including in the standard model, but with the possibility of being almost “indestructible”
Design
The new S7 Active boasts some significant changes in the materials of construction with respect to the normal model. The display has been equipped with greater resistance to shock and damage by inserting a glass very resistant anti – breaks in which the company promises better durability.

This version will have the same features in regards to processor as the standard model. S7 Active brings an 5.1 inches Super AMOLEDtechnology with resolution QHD display. The processor is the same, Snapdragon 820 with 4 GB of RAM DDR4, sensor of footprints in the home button from home and 32 GB memory expandable via MicroSD.
When it comes to cameras there will be no change, 12 megapixel sensors are kept in the rear and 5 for the front. However, the device has suffered an improves very remarkable, since thanks to the increase of thickness in the device the battery increased the 3,000 to 4,000 mAhmAh, keeping quick system Quick Charge 3.0 of Qualcomm, something that no doubt will leave very pleased many buyers.
Price and availability
The new Samsung Galaxy S7 Active will go on sale only in the United States since the company AT & T has exclusive rights on this device. The phone will be available in the colours grey, Gold, silver and Green and will be on sale Friday June 10. Price is relative, since solo allows you to buy the device through a 24-month plan to USD $26.50 monthly or 30 months to USD $33,13 respectively, where it is estimated the total value of USD $799 to phone.
