Something that started with Facebook releasing versions of its main applications, Facebook Lite, and recently, Messenger Lite light, has reached to Shazam, the service to identify songs using the microphone of the device, now with their own version “lite” (via Business Wire).
Shazam users in places where the availability of devices with good specifications is limited and the data connection is of low quality, can download a light version of just 1 MB to identify songs without storage and connectivity problems.
SHAZAM Lite is the lightweight alternative to the application of standard of 27 MB not necessarily sacrificing important functions. Users can “shazamear” while offline, storing recent results and, of course, share their discoveries.
Curiously, similar to the newly announced Messenger Lite, starting from today the users of Venezuela can download Shazam Lite in Spanish and in English them inhabitants of the India, Viet Nam, Indonesia, Philippines and Nigeria, compatible with devices Android 2.3 in forward.
