WOM features fun, creative campaigns but also for being quite challenging. Renowned and controversial as Marco Enríquez-Ominami and Andrónico Luksic characters have been parodied in their ads and apparently rival companies are not saved for their shenanigans.
Movistar has now been victim of WOM advertising bet, which projected its characteristic logo purple -style bat-signal – on the Telefónica building Tower, located in the middle of Plaza Italy.
Users automatically began to make a big buzz in the social networks, commenting on and displaying the photos on the feat performed WOM in the most popular point of Santiago. Even Virgin Mobile joined the Tweets.

So far, none of the companies involved have given statements on the matter.
