According to the creators of this peculiar autonomous robot, reportedly in preliminary tests on various prototypes, these got a 8,000 kilometers in which crossed with some 400,000 people without having any kind of mishap or accident. Precisely because of the excellent results of these tests, just start a new phase of testing in London, Düsseldorf, Berne and Hamburg in which strings as Just Eat, Pronto, or Metro Group will use to send food to their customers.

According to the company that is behind the development of this peculiar autonomous robot, the use of Starhip in cities so dynamic and busy times like London, especially in the downtown area, will allow companies greatly reduce their transport expenses since if in the area Central London cost to send a package on demand a 12 lbs using Starhip this cost is reduced up to 1 pound.
At the moment, and at least during the beginning of the tests, each autonomous robot which pass through the Centre of the above-mentioned cities will be controlled remotely by employees of Starship that will guide them through the nine cameras that each robot is equipped. Although not work autonomously, the truth is that all routes where the robots will be movement will be stored so that, come the moment, systems are able to independently choose the best route to reach the destination.
