When we signed to us using our Google account from a device or unknown location, we regularly receive notification by email. Today Google wants to improve the system and announced a new option in Android that will alert you if there is any suspicious activity or someone logged on your own.
The notifications will be displayed natively in the top of your screen, where you can access a card which specifies which type of device is connected, the place from where does it, as well as the IP address and the application. The interesting thing is that here we have direct access to a button that will allow us to secure the account if that is unauthorized access.
Google says that the goal of this implementation is to educate users about what happens with your account in real time. This new option will be available to all users of Android and will be released gradually in the coming weeks.
