MIUI is updated with split-screen and PiP mode

Multitasking in Android has taken greater relevance in recent years, first with the introduction of the split-screen and subsequently with the multi-window, without forgetting the mode Picture in Picture (PiP) of the new Android O.

Chinese manufacturer, Xiaomi, wants your customization layer to be more productive by enabling some of these features. Its next update will introduce the screen divide and PiP, according to Gizmochina mode.

With split-screen mode, the user can use two applications at once mode portrait and landscape. On the other hand, the PiP mode will allow applications to be displayed in a small window.

Developers should modify their applications to make them compatible with these characteristics, taking advantage of the next big update MIUI that know when will be available.
