The statements of the President of Nintendo has not been very clear but if blunt. According to the President himself, Nintendo will participate in Virtual reality, but will not do so as their competitors. There are currently many companies related to Virtual reality, so many that the own Miyamoto was frightened during the last E3. And this time Nintendo will try to ensure the safety of children.
Miyamoto says that Virtual reality has come but no one knows if the weight, reproductions, or even the contents will affect its users long-term. Thus the intention or the focus of Nintendo will be these points that few companies have spoken.

With these statements we know nothing firm on the participation of Nintendo in this field.
