The launch of Android 7.0 Nougat is received with joy makes some days, since virtually nobody expected that came so soon. However, as pass them days also is is discovering that the expansion of this update apparently will be more limited that its predecessor, and all apparently is must to the API graphic Vulkan.
According to a report posted on Twitter by LlabTooFer, a developer of Android, all terminals with a 800 or 801 Snapdragon processor will not receive an official update to Android Nougat, due to a conflict with the API drivers Vulkan:
Qualcomm will not release graphics drivers for 800 / 801 CPUs.So HTC One M8 and other devices based on this CPU won’t get official Android 7.0

Boy report ensures that Qualcomm has not contemplated developing drivers graphics for these terminals, so that they could not support some basic functions of Android Nougat. This situation would explain what happened with the Nexus 5 and reported makes some days, where the software was shown with some limitations in a preliminary version.
Of be true, terminals as the Galaxy S5, LG G3, the Moto X of second generation, the OnePlus X and the ZTE Axon between others, is would be completely out of the possibility of receiving Android Nougat in the future near. This situation not condemns necessarily to such smartphones, but condicionaría the release of versions not official of the system operating.
Google so far has neither denied nor confirmed this.
