Go slowly revealing the functions and features of Android O, the next version of the operating system that is already available for a select number of devices as part of the Developer Preview program.
One of the features that will bring Android or to our devices is the way to Picture in Picture (PiP), an old acquaintance of TVs that allows you to see two things in one screen, thanks to a small floating window.
The PiP mode is not really new to the Android world, as they have shown some applications and the same Android TV, which received support for this modality with Android 7.0 Nougat. However, despite the fact that it is available on Android or, the feature is not enabled.

Thanks to XDA Developers we know how PiP mode. As an example we used the YouTube application, which is minimized to a floating window by pressing a button in the navigation bar. This window can move in the interface and, depending on the application, you can interact with it.
Perhaps by now does not seem much or think that on devices with small screen PiP mode will not be entirely suitable, but over time we’ll realize how much will improve the experience of multi-tasking Android.
